 History of TIBCO: leading EAI vendor
 Started as Teknekron Software Systems, Inc. - Developed software, known
as the TIB technology (The Information Bus), for the integration and delivery of
market data.

 Teknekron was acquired by Reuters Group PLC, the global news and
information group, in 1994.

 In January 1997, TIBCO Software Inc., was established as an entity separate

from Teknekron.

 2004: Reuters sells majority stake in TIBCO
