DONALD AND DORIS FISHER

 Donald Fisher came into this world in 1928 in California.


 He went into real estate after finishing school at the university,
starting out with his father then later as a president of Fisher
Property Investment Company.
 But an act of fate intervened, When he was returning a pair of jeans,
he discovered that the stores did not have much to offer and were
not organized.
 That is when he and his wife had a brainstorm and soon opened up
the first Gap store in 1969 in San Francisco.
 He was the chairman and CEO of it.

DONALD AND DORIS FISHER
 The Fishers had raised $63,000 to open the store, and in one year,
Gap's sales had reached $2 million.
 When Gap was started, its targeted customers were younger
generations. But, now Gap offers a range of clothing for men,
women, and children.
 Even though there has been a lot of competition come out though
the years. Business continued to boom. And in 1996, the Fishers
were featured in Forbes 400 as one of the richest citizens.
 He passed away just recently in September 2009 of cancer.
 As of October 30, 2010 there were 3,082 Gap Inc. stores all over the
world.

PHILIP H KNIGHT

 He Born in Portland on February 24, 1938.


 He is the co-founder and current Chairman of the Board for Nike,
Inc.
 in a business class His instructor had assigned him to write a
business plan on something he enjoyed and knew about. He
discovered that he had a passion other than athletics, and that was as
an entrepreneur.
 That assignment led to the inspiration by Knight to form a company
selling shoes to athletes.
 Knight and Bill Bowerman, The two new partners officially formed
Blue Ribbon Sports in 1964, purchased 200 pairs of shoes from
Tiger, and began selling to athletes.

PHILIP H KNIGHT
 In 1971, with sales exceeding $3 million, Knight decided to break
with Tiger and start designing their own line of shoes named Nike.
 The new Nike shoe debuted in 1972.
 Sales flourished tremendously and in December, 1981 the company
name officially became Nike, Inc. By 1986 Nike sales hit a
tremendous $1 billion, becoming the number one selling shoe in the
world.
 Utilizing creativity and inspired by his own driving desire to build a
better shoe, Philip Knight created a billion dollar Industry and as of
2008 is the 30th richest man in the world with assets of nearly $10
Billion.

SIR RICHARD BRANSON

 Branson was born 18 July 1950 in Shamly.


 Suffering from dyslexia, he was not a good student but strove in
other ventures.
 His first successful business venture was a magazine called Student
at age 16
 In 1970, he set up an audio record mail-order business. Trading
under the name "Virgin", he sold records for considerably less than
the "High Street" outlets.
 Branson’s formation of Virgin started soon after opening his own
record shop in London in 1972.
 The store itself was to make enough money to purchase an estate
where Branson decided to open a studio.

SIR RICHARD BRANSON
 Branson's Virgin brand grew rapidly during the 1980s—as he set up
Virgin Atlantic Airways and expanded the Virgin Records music
label.
 Branson’s success was in his acceptance of controversial business
pattern and quick to jump on any lucrative business venture.
 Today Virgin group is comprised of over 400 companies of various
product.
 Richard Branson is the 212th richest person in the world according
to Forbes 2010 list of billionaires, with an estimated net worth of
approximately $4.0billion.

CONCLUSION:
 By studying this three person we came to know that each and every
entrepreneur has passion about their life.
 They wanted to be a successful entrepreneur , for this they work
hard, and make an innovative business plan.
 There comes so many barriers but they didn’t stopped.
 So to be a successful entrepreneur one must follow their strategy.
