Employment-At-Will
An employee may be terminated for any reason except:
• Implied promise not to discharge without good cause
• Promise of employment for a given term
• For an illegal reason
• Age, race, sex religion, disability
• Political affiliation
• Filing a complaint with the Labor Commissioner
• Filing for workers compensation
• Complaints about workplace safety
• Whistleblowing

Sexual Harassment
Employers with >50 must provide 2 hours supervisory
training every 2 years. Title IX
Harassment can take form of
