• Review Performance Dealer (Januari-Agustus 2014)
– Kontribusi By Unit dan Amount ( Credit Portion)

– Portfolio Dealer ( Karakter, sistem refund, dll )

– Kualitas Booking Dealer

– Mapping Dealer dan CMO

• Review Kondisi Cabang (Nilai Nilai CNAF)


– Team Sales ( Proses, Disiplin, Integritas, Team work )

– Operation ( Kerjasama, Proses Internal aplikasi in s/d Golive)

– Collection

• Membina Relationship Dengan Rekan Bisnis


Activity Plan Sales
• Membuat dan Distribusi rutin paket kredit ke dealer/salesman

• Membuat jadwal dan mengundang Dealer untuk pameran/show unit di


area parkiran kantor CNAF

• Pembuatan Flyer & Souvenir utk Moment-2 acara weekend sales /


pameran

• Monitoring detail booking sales dan F5PD (monitoring dinding,sales


activity chart,aging f5pd)

• Kunjungan rutin ke Dealer / Showroom

• Melakukan evaluasi CMO yg kurang produktif – rolling cmo utk handling


dealer/showroom

• Approach intensif dealer yang belum kontribusi maksimal

• Entertaint Dealer ,Owner , Salesman Kontribusi Aktif
