REASON FOR RIFT IN THE TEAM
Shekhar’s autocratic, competitive and strict nature did not go down well
with his team. Being a reserved kind of person, he has very little contact with
his team members.

•  It is advised to have more prep work than that.


• Solid conflict management procedures in place to deal with when they
arise, because they will arise
• Solving disputes after they happen is a hell of a lot more work
REASON FOR RIFT IN THE TEAM

• Another important point that the Shekar missed out was to make sure

that - ensuring that the team shares the same purpose, values.

• Team felt that they are being exploited and they didn’t get the

appreciation they deserve. Which ultimately turned out to developing

hatred for Shekar.
