On Monday, September 28th, 2021 the DPRD Kutai

Kartanegara attended the anniversary event in the
Kukar DPRD's Plenary Room.
The plenary session was organized in honor of
Tenggarong City's 239th anniversary, with the primary
agenda item being to hear the Kukar Regent's address
given by Deputy Regent Rendi Solihin in memory of
Tenggarong City's 239th anniversary.

Martadipura Sultan Aji Muhammad Arifin and Deputy Governor of
East Kalimantan Hadi Mulyadi attended the meeting which was
headed by Abdul Rasid, Chairman of the Kukar DPRD.
With the increasing age of the City, the Chairman of the DPRD Kukar
Abdul Rasid expressed his wishes to be able to preserve culture and
boost development in Kukar, particularly in Tenggarong.
"Because Tenggarong is Kukar's capital, it serves as a barometer," he
explained on Monday, September 28th, 2021.
In addition to encouraging the people to conserve culture, he also
reminded everyone that there was still a lot of study to be done.
One of them, he said was public relations related to growth in Kukar.
Which needed to be improved and road infrastructure built, as well as
human resource development by the Kukar communities.
