HYPERTENTION
Hypertension or high blood pressure
is a disorder of the circulatory
system that causes a rise in blood
pressure above normal, namely
>140/90 mmHg.

The hypertension diet is a diet for people with hypertension
aimed at helping lower blood pressure and maintain blood
pressure to normal.
Diet Goals
1. Helps lower blood pressure
2. Helps eliminate fluid accumulation in the body or
edema or obesity
3. Lower risk factors such as high levels of fat and
cholesterol

How to Cook To Remove
Sodium Salt
• In salted fish soaked and washed first before
processing
• To remove sodium salt from margarine by
mixing margarin with water until it boils so
that it melts and sodium salt dissolves in
water. then refrigerate by putting it in the
refrigerator, defecating with salt. and 2 times.
HOW TO SET A DIET
1. the fresh taste of food can be improved by
adding brown sugar, granulated sugar, onions,
garlic, ginger, kencur, salam, and other spices
that contain a little salt
2. Foods are better fried sautéed, baked, boiled
even without salt
3. salt use should not be more than 1/2
teaspoon per day
4. You can use low-sodium salts.
