Students and Teachers carefully.
– Examine the article and discuss the Similarities, Differences, Neutral and Not
Applicable (NA) of bureaucracies of Brunei and the USA and list these down by using
Microsoft Excel.
– After you are done, present your findings to the instructor with justifications.
– Discussion with the instructor will be followed after you have presented your
