DINNER ROLLS
DINNER ROLL

1. Combine dry ingredients. ( APF, yeast, sugar, salt.)

2. Make a well at the center and add the beaten eggs and lard.
3. Knead until soft and elastic.
4. Form the dough into a ball shape in large bowl, cover with cling
wrap. Let it rise until the dough will double its size.
5. Punch at the center and flatten using the rolling pin. Roll it and
portion at 45 grams per piece or by count.

CHIFFON CAKE
CHIFFON CAKE Ingredients

1 ½ cup Cake flour


30-45 minutes 350°F
½ cup Sugar

1 Inflour,a mixing bowl, combine


sugar, baking powder
1T Baking powder
½t Salt
and salt. Add oil, egg yolk
and vanilla. Beat until 5 pcs. Egg yolks
smooth. ½ cup Water
¼ cup Vegetable oil
2 Inbeatanother mixing bowl,
egg whites and cream ½t Vanilla
of tartar until stiff peak 5 pcs. Egg whites
Tip: For this yummy chiffon cake, use

Pour into a greased 10” tube ¼ cup Sugar(meringue)

BUTTERCREAM ICING Ingredients

½ cup butter
200g Icing sugar
1Incutathelargebutter

350 ml Heavy cream
