This section shall describe the devolved functions, services, and

facilities implemented by the LGUs based on Section 17 of RA 7160
and existing laws which subsequently assigned new functions to LGUs
Column 1 - LGUs legal basis for the devolved responsibilities.

Column 2 - Enumeration of devolved functions and services according to Section 17 of the LGC and other
pertinent laws on devolution, and/or functions and services that LGUs will fully assume with reference to LGU
consultations with NGAs concerned and NGA DTPs, if available.
