 MENTAL HEALTH IMPROVEMENT
• Our team’s mission is to embrace, acknowledge and improve the mental health of the public
through varied services offered that will lead to an overall healthier mind, body, and soul.

• Our team is concerned with the health factor amongst the public. Our non-profit
organization will help everyone involved practice self-love, effective mindfulness and
educate on ways to manage stress, anxiety or depression with the support of our team at The
Elevation Center.
 ISSUES AND GOALS:
Issues:
• Nationwide depression and anxiety are at all time highs, especially during the Pandemic that
we all have experienced.
• Unemployment ran rampant during the Pandemic, causing high levels of stress and anxiety
for many people.
Goals:
• The goal of The Elevation Center is to help reduce/prevent anxiety and depression by
focusing on self love and provide a place of comfort and empowerment for people to be a
more progressive individual.
• We would like to help others overcome their negative mental state with positive activities and
natural remedies of assistance.
 HOW WE WILL HELP THE CAUSE:
• Offer self care opportunities such as:
• Meditation and Therapy rooms
• Workshops for personal and professional development such as resume writing, music rooms, and
positive communication expression rooms. We will partner with employment platforms to offer
job searches and placement as well.

• We will offer child care for those individuals that are parents seeking assistance during their self
help experiences.
• We offer seminars and keynote speakers that will help speak wisdom and encouragement into
those that in need of a meaningful message.
• Not only will we help others progress mentally and emotionally, but we will also provide life
skill opportunities within our organization.
 THE ELEVATION CENTER CAMPAIGN
• Our volunteers within The Elevation Center will advertise our non-profit organization
through social media platforms, outreach programs within local businesses, and organization
ran events to spread the word.

• To bring mental health awareness to all walks of life, we will also have a team that makes
visits to Universities, High Schools and organizations seeking assistance with the mental
health factor.
