OGL 343 CHARTER and Final Project Responsibilities:

Present for Zoom meeting Wesley Hall and Marcus Suber

Goal – To create an organization which regulates and eliminates harmful materials in

our foods and beverages

Mission – To serve the public in eliminating harmful materials and to expose the
companies who knowingly add these chemicals to our foods and beverages.

Norms agreed on by those present for the meeting:

1. All team members must be on time and respect other teammates' time. If for
some reason you are unable to attend a meeting, you should send out a group
email and notify the team so we could reschedule for a time that works for
everyone. Everyone on the team agreed that the best method of communication
is through the school email and discussion board, therefore it is expected that
everyone checks those platforms daily for important messages.
2. It is the expectation that all team members have read the class assignment
tasks prior to team meeting. Each team member should come prepared with
questions, and solutions as it pertains to the team assignment. This would help
the meeting flow more efficiently.
3. Have fun and be open to suggestions or feedback

· Draft technical section on how to accomplish organizational tasks.

· Will email Wes “the technical section” (minimum 150 words) so Wes can
configure final synopsis.

· Discuss how organization helps uphold public health and safety as it
pertains to what is in our food
· Choose target audience and explain why this is the correct audience for our
organization to target
· Will email Wes the organization's campaign along with motto (150 words
minimum) and will cite an outside source to help support campaign ideas so Wes
can configure final synopsis.
· Responsible for “Campaign and Motto” slide (minimum 150 words)

Collective assignment: I was responsible for drafting the synopsis and communicating
with my team to ascertain what was needed to help them complete their assignments.
Each team member had their own set of assignments to complete before the deadlines
and are interdependent upon one another. I also served as a point person to ensure
meetings were held and everyone was informed on the progress on the group

I was responsible for editing the synopsis and communicating with my team to ascertain
what was needed to help them complete their assignments. Each team member had
their own set of assignments to complete before the deadlines and are interdependent
upon one another. I also served as a point person to ensure meetings were held and
everyone was informed on the progress on the group

Realized contributions:

I was responsible for editing the final synopsis, communicating with my team to
ascertain what was needed to help them complete their assignments which I fulfilled. I
was also responsible for submitting the final synopsis and submitting the final power
point presentation. I ended up also collecting powerpoint slides from participating
teammates and editing each slide to meet assignment requirements. I facilitated all the
team’s communication, checked on the progress of each team member as it pertained
to the completion of individual assignments, and I chose the target audience. I honored
my part of the contract and fulfilled all agreed upon tasks. I initiated the creation of all
parts of the final project, I also created the team charter. I spell checked and grammar
checked each aspect of the final project to ensure no spelling errors. I assisted a team
member by adding his part of the synopsis to google docs. I also completed two other
team members assignments as they were unable to contribute to the project or make
the due dates that individual assignments were due. I would give myself a 10/10 for
going above and beyond to ensure the team’s success.

I was supposed to author the introduction for the synopsis which consisted of 150 words
in which I would send to Wes for his edits and addition into the final submission. I was
also in charge of putting together the introduction slide for the final power point
presentation.

Realized contributions:

Per the original charter I completed the introduction for the synopsis and introduction slide
however did not meet the original deadline. I did get it submitted within 24 hours of the agreed
deadline yet was still late nonetheless. I thought I did a decent job on the products I turned in
and offered assistance to the team. I would give myself a 9/10 considering my tardiness on the
assignment.
Wesley Hall submitting Marcus Suber self evaluation. He emailed it to me as he was unable to
put it on the charter. I am just copying and pasting what he sent me. I did not edit or modify
anything on the doc.
