 What have you learned about being innovative and making changes?
 What does strategy mean to you?
 What have you been able to implement in your current life?
 What are you going to do differently tomorrow because of this class (besides sleep)?

My response:
OGL 355 has taught me a lot about businesses changing alongside their market and how
businesses have managed to keep a competitive advantage. I have learned to look at different
angles and perspectives before making changes. Strategy means to plan and optimize results; in
the case of this class, it applies to different businesses. Strategy keeps the business moving
forward and progressing to surpass the expectations of a market.  In this course we were able to
analyze different aspects of an organization using different methods such as SWOT,
and environmental analysis. In my current life I have noticed since this course has started that I
have been able to contribute more to meetings on different ideas such as providing new
perspectives and sharing opportunities I think would benefit the team. Aside from sleeping, I am
going to take full advantage of collaborating with my team. In the past I haven't experienced
working with a team as I have worked independently professional wise, and I experienced my
first digital team here. I just recently landed a new job which has a lot of team involvement, and I
am excited to apply what I have learned. Having the ability to collaborate effectively to get
projects done has been fun.
