I think you did a great job on your spelling as I cant find spelling
mistakes as well as your sentence structure. I adore the font you
choose for your writing, I think it is lovely. However, One suggestion
would be finishing your work as I can see some empty boxes in the
fishbone diagrams. As well as in the 2nd fishbone diagram I noticed
the flags were empty, I think they should contain something as it
makes your work look a little unfinished.
