Performance Task
Manila Ocean Park is both a world-class
marine theme park and a prominent
educational center in the Philippines. An aqua-
themed hotel and an integrated urban resort
with marine life attractions. The water for this
attraction comes from Manila Bay, which was
recently renovated. The facility must filter the
water using a variety of technologies in order
to make it acceptable for the marine
organisms. The park is more than simply an
aquarium; it is also incredibly instructive and
educational.

this destination, and also for family.

 Negative Impacts

• Terrible service and rude crews. 

• Ecological Disruption
I read one review about the species of animals that
they’re putting inside the oceanedium are not that
good or very well, also the sharks are not good for the
environment because it looks like a halfway dead, and
not moving.
Recommendation
Positive
• Since many people said that they’re improving
on activities, maintaining the animals in a
good way I can only say that maybe, they will
take better care of the animals inside this
ocean park, take care to keep them good and
alive, so that even if they are not where they
should be, they will be kept alive and well
-placed the various fish in the oceanedium.
Negative
• Management should know about the attitudes and
behavior of their crews, and how to communicate
on what and how they will interact to their
customer, And of course as a manager you should
be a role model to your crews or employees of
what important communication is.
• Take care and do not leave the animals, or different
types of fish, and if possible if you think they
should be returned to the sea, just return them.
