INTRODUCTION
 My company name is Tetra software
Company.
 It’s a local Software Company.
 And it’s situated at 1052/2(a),
Boshundhara, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
 Friendly fulfillment, fairness and the
wall of sound management.

ETHICS
1. No employee can misbehave with his other colleagues. Always maintain a friendly
environment and maintain a friendly relationship with one another. No one can be
humiliated. Employees, whether they are high-ranking or low-ranking, have to show
good manners to everyone.

2. Religion, different types of culture cannot be disrespected. Nothing can be forced on


one another. Everyone's personal freedom must be respected.

3. No one can be insulted at work. If there is any kind of mistake then the work
environment cannot be ruined by creating a scene. Rather, you have to correct the
mistake.
4. Company’s records cannot be shared with anyone. Deliberate matching cannot be
made on record. Must work with fidelity.

5. Kinship cannot be shown at work. Everyone’s work must be respected equally.

6. No bribe can be taken for any kind of work. No gifts will be accepted for doing other
people's work within the company. And if anyone makes such an offer, the upper
house should be informed immediately.

7. Personal information about your own company cannot be shared with anyone outside.
The client’s personal information cannot be shared with anyone without his
permission.
8. No work can be done that causes business loss. Customers are all equal, and everyone
should have the same rights.

9. Must be punctual at all times. The company has to report within the reporting time.
Employees comply with all laws and regulations in an appropriate manner.

10. Any employee who violates the code of ethics or discipline must accept the
punishment that will be meted out to him.
 Ethics or morality has to do with the
principles, standards, rules, norms of
conduct that make cooperation, justice, and
CONCLUSION freedom possible.
