• Switzerland is a landlocked
country in Central Europe. Its
geographical position between
several countries, such as
Germany, Italy, France, Austria
has influenced this cultural
diversity.It is small mountainous
country.
Germany
• Germany is a country in Central
Europe. It is in north of Switzerland.
• The official name is “Bundesrepublik
Deutschland”.
• Germany is well known due to the
place of thinkers and poets.
•  Germans themselves are known
as friendly and welcoming people.

•  Swiss men wear trousers or breeches, a
smoked shirt, a long-sleeved jacket or/and
a vast, a headgear, dark woolen tights or
stockings, and shoes.
• Swiss women wear colorful smocked
dresses with puffed sleeves and tight
ribbon crest tops, aprons, lace bonnets,
stockings, shoes, and embroidered bags.

• Lederhosen, which means "leather
trousers" in German, are the short,
leather pants worn by men. These are
usually knee-length and are the historically
worn by working-class German men.
• The dirndl is a ruffled apron dress worn
by German women that consists of a
bodice, or blouse, and a skirt.

• In Switzerland are spoken four languages:
German, French, Italian, and Romansh.
Approximately 64% of the population
speaks German,19% speak French, 8%
Italian, and the remaining 1% speak
Romansh.

exclusively from this country, such as:

• Sauerbraten is regarded as one Germany's
national dishes and there are several
regional variations in Franconia, Thuringia,
Rhineland, Saarland, Silesia and Swabia.

(accordion), the violin, bass violin,
clarinet, and also the Alphorn,
which is the typical music
instrument.
German Music

Beatle) and Oompah music are two
traditional genres that have become
synonymous with the Germany. Volksmusic ,
which originated in the mountainous region
of southern Germany, translates to "music
of the people" and is played primarily in
Bavaria.

the religious demographics as of 2019 as
follows (based on a survey of 200,000
people aged 15 years and older): 64.6%
Christian (including 34.4% Roman Catholic,
25.5% Reformed, 5.7% other), 29.5%
unaffiliated, 3.5% Muslim, 0.2% Jewish,
1.3% other religions.

in Germany while Islam is the biggest
minority religion. There are a number
more faiths, however, that together
account for the religions of around
