STRUCTURE OF THE SAFETY ORGANIZATION

ROLES &  
The Contractor shall identify the HSE positions and the specific roles
RESPONSIBILITY and responsibilities and ensure adequate training and inductions are in
place in accordance with relevant guidelines and legislations.
 
The headcount requirement is set out as below:
 
 a minimum of one (1) full-time Site HSE Manager, one (1) full-time Site
Safety Supervision and one (1) Site Administrator for each site.

 For contract sum above $50,000,000 Singapore Dollar or equivalent, a


minimum of two (2) full-time HSE Manager.

 Site Safety Supervisor to workers ratio being 1:20.

 If deemed necessary by EMPYRION DC, additional HSE officer(s) to


support the HSE Manager, at contractor’s own cost, if deemed
necessary by EMPYRION DC.
 
 Should the HSE manager is absent from site for more than three (3)
consecutive days, Contractor shall make provision for duty coverage by
alternative qualified personnel.

Landlord will:
 develop and implement a site-specific environmental health and safety plan in
accordance with codes and standards including risk mitigation for personnel and visitors
and emergency response procedures.  

 perform and submit a design hazard risk assessment as part of its review of plans for
any Alterations to be constructed for Tenant and will verify completion of hazard controls
prior to completion of such work.

 complete a risk assessment prior to any work reasonably expected to pose a threat
to health, safety, or the environment.
