1. Currently, BOF uses gmail which is a public cloud. BSP has cited
concerns related to the security of the data that is being shared over
email. This was allowed by BSP provided that proper security protocols
are in-placed like protecting the files sent with passwords;

2. BOF would like to subscribe to a private email cloud hosting. BSP

requires the following below:
2.1. Notification letter signed by the president or officer of equivalent
rank indicating the description of the activities to be outsourced;
2.2. Corporate secretary's certificate on the approval of the board of
directors of the outsourcing activity; and
2.3. Certification, signed by the president or officer of equivalent rank
and the chief compliance officer, that the bank has complied with all
the prudential criteria under Section 111 of the MORB as well as
other pertinent banking laws, rules and regulations on outsourcing.

2. ePLDT as the supplier; and
3. Initially for eighty (82) licenses comprising of Group, Department and
