LMS (E-Learning System) Proposal


1 INTRODUCTION
Since 2020 till today, Training and Development Unit of HR Department providing Learning program
to operations team (100 users of Field Staff) to learning and build their capacity via LMS System.
At the end of 2022, the contract of LMS between Good Return and NH Finance Cambodia will end of
its 2 years contract (2020-2022).
Regarding this ending contract, we would like to propose the new options and seeking the approval
from Management to continue our E-Learning Program.

2 PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES


TalentLMS is learning management system and is also cloud-based which means you don’t need to
install, backup, or upgrade anything. With TalentLMS, we can basically create e-learning courses and
assigned it to our Employees save time on travel and get to learn on-the-go.

2.1 OUTLINE

📝 Course management: Build courses from scratch by using all types of media — like videos,
presentations, and docs. Or reuse content you’ve already created with support for the latest
eLearning content standards, like SCORM, xAPI, and cmi5.

📲 Mobile Learning: Offer training that’s available on any device with our native apps for iOS
and Android devices.

📑 Rich communication tools: Keep learners on track and engaged with private messages, a
calendar, and discussion forums.

📈 Learning delivery: Guide learner growth by restricting the way courses are completed, or
course content can be viewed.

3 TARGET USERS
Learning and Development is primarily concerned with organizational activity aimed at bettering the
performance of employees. By providing training for all employees within NH Finance Cambodia, we
propose to subscript the Annual Plan up to 500 users to fit our planning head count 2023.
NH Finance believes that effective training and development benefits the individual and the
organization as a whole and contributes to the achievement of Company objectives.

4 BUDGET
