 INTRODUCTION

• The world has become a place where there is a lot of technological development; where
every single thing that has been done physically has been transformed into a
computerized form. Nowadays, people’s activities have been transformed into work done
by computerized systems.
• One of which is the main target of this project is about car rental system. The system of
renting cars exist back in the previous years, where people rent cars for personal reasons.
• Car renting is essential to many peoples’ plan to travel or move from one place to another
for business purposes, tour, and visit or holidays, for these reasons car renting is very
helpful.
 HARDWARE REQUIREMENT

• OS: Windows XP,7,8,10

• Processor: Intel Pentium or above
• RAM: 1GB
 SOFTWARE REQUIREMENT

• HTML: Page layout and design

• CSS: Design
• JAVASCRIPT: Frontend
• PHP: Backend

 PROBLEM STATEMENT

• The Manual car rental system provides services only during office hours.
So; customers have limited time to make any transactions or reservation
of the cars. The existence of the online car rental systems nowadays has
overcome the limitation of the business operation hour.
• Cars that provide difficulty to rent out are normally advised in local or
national newspaper .It involves a lot of paper work and consumes time.
PROTOTYPE
 METHODOLOGY

• Step 1:- User will register itself in the website

• Step 2:- User will select slot in the parking area
• Step 3:- Then they can select either to rent or for servicing of their car
• Step 4:- Another guest user will login to take the car in rent by filling their
details and making payment for it
• Step 5:- Admin will approve the car rent
• Step 6:- User can take the car from selected slot
 PROPOSED RESULT

• Interested car owners can make the agreement between the car rental system
organizations to give their car on a daily, weekly, monthly rental basis or kilometer basis.
Here the organization is not needed their own cars for the rental business.
• By this approach car rental system organizations can increase their business and satisfy
the customer with the requested models. This system will help normal people to start
their own car rental organization without investing more initial investments.
• This system provides good profits for the car owners and it creates a second income for
the car owners without working.
• This system that will reduce paper work and consume less time.
