 CONCLUSION
The existing consists of paper based notice which has to be carried by the human to every
organization. Due to this, it has some disadvantages:

• The paper may be torn or damaged due to bad weather conditions.

• The paper has to be stored in some sort of files and managing physical files is tough.
• The searching is very difficult to view a particular paper.

Thus we can come up with an Online notice board so overcome all these limitations and also make
sure that it is easily accessible to everyone. An Online Notice Board can be accessed by anyone at
any point of time instead of crowding Infront of a single notice board for all. This will help
students and other users to save their time and also the institutions to save their resources.
