What is an Oxygen Concentrator

 An Oxygen Concentrator is a device that takes in Atmospheric Air and separates Oxygen from Nitrogen and Other gases
to provide Breathable Oxygen Gas Stream to the End User

 Atmospheric Air Consists of 78% of Nitrogen, 21% of Oxygen and 1% of Other Gases

1
How it works: PSA (Pressure Swing Adoption) Method
 Air enters through a compressor which compresses it and passes to the Zeolite Molecular Sieve Beds

 The Zeolite Molecule Sieve Beds absorbs the Nitrogen and other gases, allowing only the pure oxygen to pass through as a product

 Pressure regulator and Adjusting Valve are used to regulate the flow of Pure Oxygen to the End User through a Humidifier Bottle

State-wise Oxygen demand and Allocation
 As per reports the second wave of Covid
Outbreak in India could Peak in coming
days which can be observed daily

 Due to this, we can observe a surging

Oxygen Demand in upcoming period all
over the country

 With available Oxygen Allocation and

Infrastructure, it would be very difficult to
cope up with such rising demand of
Oxygen due to which Covid Devices like
Oxygen Concentrators will be in rising
demand

5
Rising Covid Cases
 Due to the Nature of the Pandemic
which may stay for the next 2-3 years in
some form or shape, Oxygen
Concentrators may become a necessity
in each household

 Import Duty Exemption for Oxygen

Concentrators is available till 31st July
2021, post which demand for local
Oxygen Concentrators will rise.

6
Existing Capabilities
 We can utilize our Plastic Moulding Capabilities to manufacture the
Polymer Body of the concentrator by reverse engineering the design

 All other components like Cannula pipes, Humidifier Bottle,

Compressor, Air Filter, Solenoid Valves etc. are readily available in
the local region despite the lockdown situation

 With such capabilities and availability of all components, we can

completely manufacture an Oxygen Concentrator at our end

 Using the Geographical presence as our advantage we can easily

supply to all the locations which depict surging demand for Oxygen
Concentrators
