SEARCHING THE WORLD WIDE WEB

In our previous lessons we learned about search engine. We use  Bookmark your favorites Site
search engine to search the world wide web and find information _Bookmarking is adding a web pages to your
. bookmark, to make it easier to find next time
you want to use it.
Four Golden Rules _You don’t have to search for page again you
 Choose the right key words click on the link in your bookmark list you go
straight to the page.
-Make sure you understand the question you need to answer, _We only bookmark the web sites that we find
before you enter anything to your search engine. it useful .
_ Make a list of keywords.
_ Underline the most important keywords.
>Make sure the question you type in the search engine contain
the important keywords.
 Choose the right Search Engine
_There are many search engines that you can use, Example are:
Google , Yahoo, Bing.
_ Try using different search engines and find which one works
out best for you .
_ Some search engines are designed for young people, and are
child friendly,
The following are advantages of child friendly search engines
>The links are easies to read and understand.
>You cannot see unsuitable web pages .
> It has fewer or no Advert.
