Part Introduction The examiner greets you and then introduces himself (herself) to

Part Individual The examiner gives you a card with a topic written on it and some
2 long turn prompts to help you with your answer. You are also given a pencil

minut to think about the topic and prepare your answer.

examiner may stop you if you speak longer than this. After you finish
talking, the examiner may ask you one or two follow-up questions.

choose to be vegetarians?

• Is the food that people eat today different to the food that people used to eat

in the past? If yes, in what ways has it changed?

• More and more people are becoming overweight nowadays. What do you think
might be the causes of this?
