 Another name for this

 Recruitment is the process of


finding people for particular jobs.
 In American English (AmE), this
process is called hiring.
 Someone who has been recruited is
a recruit or in American English
(AmE) is a hire.
 The company employs or hires
them; they join the company.

Employment Contract

 An employment contract is a signed agreement


between an individual employee and employer /a
labour union.
 It establishes both the rights and responsibilities of
the two parties: the worker and the company.

company police.
