Modules
An adult family member comes to school weekly to get the set of
modules for the week and return the answered self-learning modules
distributed on the previous week. Answer sheets are provided.

4 Performance Tasks
Learners must have atleast four written works and four
performance taskls every subject per quarter as bases of their
grades.

The teachers must return the checked modules or answer sheets
previously submitted to the learners’ parent or guardian. Remedial
activities were also given if necessary.

such as Facebook Messenger. Teachers may also text or call the
learners for monitoring.

Learn / Online Discussion
and Assessment

Teachers and learners virtually attend the class


session once a week for the weekly modules’
discussion using google meet. On these weekly
session teachers also conducted evaluation
through oral recitation and weekly live quiz
evaluation using quizizz.com. The weekly quizzes
and quarters summative assessment
permanently recorded in google classroom and
e-class record.
2. Chat to check for
understanding /

Chat Discussion
 

Teachers created messenger group chat. This


group chat is only for short video conference,
announcement and for the learners’ queries
and questions about the module lessons. The
teacher assisted and guided well the learners’
lessons by answering and explaining well the
difficult subjects, depending on the learners’
queries.
1. TV-based Instruction /
Teacher’s-Made Videos

Not all of our parents have consistent internet


connection at home. Many of our learners
depend only on mobile data promo and pisowifi
to access the internet. To address this parents
concern, some of our talented and skilled
teachers prepared lesson videos which then
were distributed to parents/guardians using USB
flash drive. Learners watched the videos at their
respective homes using their televisions on their
convenient time.
2. Download, Save and
Upload /Facebook
Private Group

Aside from the google classroom as main online platform of ODL,


teachers have made also FB private group exclusively for the
learners, parents and adviser. Because of poor internet connection in
our country, learners’ absences and cutting of online classes were
inevitable. So, the teachers have ensured recording of her/his weekly
online classes via google meet. Then the teacher have downloaded
the recorded video from google drive and re uploaded on the FB
group for them to have a chance to view. The teacher also uploaded
and shared DepEd video lessons on the FB group. The teacher has
also given the recorded lesson’s discussion and DepEd video lessons
to the parents via flash drive, and the learners watch the video
lessons at home using offline desktop computer and LED Television.
