The simplest way to describe the spiritual self
is that unseen part of who we are
that provides our physical self with insight,
intuition, and other ways of knowing and being
beyond what our five senses experience in the
physical world.  

The meaning of physical self is the physical

Spirituality is love, thought and mindfulness, understanding


contentment, harmony, and responsibility.

Someone who is spiritual doesn’t only think of himself,


but also cares about others.

Religion is any cultural system of worship, including designated 


behaviors and practices, world views, texts, places, ethics, or 
organizations, that relate humanity to the supernatural or 
transcendental.
Ceremonies a formal religious or public occasion, typically one
celebrating a particular event or anniversary:
Is an event of ritual significance, performed on a
special occasion.

A ritual "is a sequence of activities involving gestures,


words, and objects performed in a sequestered place,
and performed according to set sequence."
Witchcraft (also called witchery or spell craft) broadly means
the practice of, and belief in, magical skills and abilities
that are able to be exercised by individuals and
certain social groups. Witchcraft is a complex
concept that varies culturally and societally;

Sorcery
the art, practices, or spells of a person who is
 supposed to exercise supernatural powers 
through the aid of evil spirits; 
black magic ; witchery.

Magic
a. The art or practice of using charms, spells, or rituals
 to attempt to produce supernatural effects or control
events in nature.
b. The charms, spells, and rituals so used.
When you are spiritual, you will understand that
mind is more important than body or any other
matter.
Assignment :

1. Group into a set of 4. ( 4 members in a group)


2. Group sharing. Sharing of experiences or practices
that happen in your community (localization)
that you really witness or information coming
from your parents or old folks on the following:
a. Rituals and ceremonies
b. Magic tricks
c. Witchcraft
3. Time duration for sharing is 15 min.
4. Choose only one from the experience you shared.
To be shared with in the class.
5. Assign one member to be the sharer and
one to present an insight or realization about the
experiences shared.
