GUIDELINES FOR CHANGING GROUP MEMBERSHIP
1. Leaders are not allowed to change groups.
2. The number of members per group should be equal—if not, almost balance.
3. Members who wish to change groups should ask permission from their current leader and
the leader of the group they want to transfer to. They will only be allowed if a member
from that group is willing to switch membership with them.
4. Deadline for the submission of final group members will be on November 16. After
which, no changing of group members will be allowed.
Note for leaders
Kindly input the names of your group members to the list I will give you.
Identify the members of your groups who are under modular learning. They have two
options:
1. Label them as Modular (solo) if they wish to make their own research title proposal. All
questions will be based on their research title proposal. I will create a new GC (group chat)
for them.
2. Label them as Modular (written) if they are willing to participate in making your research
title proposal. However, due to internet connection or personal reasons, they cannot join
the online defense. I will send them questions about your group’s research title and they
will have to answer in written form.
3. Those students who will be absent on the day of their defense will have to submit a written
defense similar to Modular (written) group.
