he main purpose of a cab suspension system for agricultural vehicles is to reduce the vibrations felt by the driver,
y suitably filtering out the effects of unevenness in the road surface (or the soil) and consequently guaranteeing an improved ride in terms
f driver comfort.
he system must also be protected from the risk of mechanical damage occurring.
One of the critical points to address when designing suspension systems for vehicles of this type is the different types of work involved:

• Lx damper (PWM)
• Rx damper (PWM)
• Sensor incorporated into Lx damper
• Sensor incorporated into Rx damper
• Control
The following table lists the alarm codes and the relative failure modes for each component; also indicated are the
corresponding messages displayed on the instrument panel

SYSTEM DIAGNOSTICS
First of all the system must be activated, otherwise the suspension components will not be monitored.
This does not affect the functional efficiency of the vehicle, but can result in discomfort to the driver
To activate the system, go to the CALIBRATIONS MENU screen and select item (1), which corresponds
to the “CAB MR-D” application, then select item (1) again to access the activation screen.
At this point, the tester will display the status of the system (1 ACTIVATED, 0 DEACTIVATED)
To activate (or deactivate) the system, select (1) again

SYSTEM DIAGNOSTICS
Once the system is activated, calibration can be performed. Accordingly, from the CALIBRATION screen, select item (2)
Now, unscrew the stem of the levelling valve positioned at the rear and proceed to lower the cab, by means of the valve,
to its bottom travel limit; press (C), then raise the cab to the upper limit and press (C)

Finally, regulate the position of the cab at mid-stroke until the tester shows the message “OK”
(dCorsa+- 4mm), press(C) to confirm, and retighten the valve stem

The EOL procedure is now finished, and a message will appear on the tester indicating whether or not the operation has been successful
