 To understand the general practices of stock broker
 To develop interpersonal, technical and professional skills reqired on
the job
 To know process involved in buying and selling securities using NEPSE
system
 To learn about the process involved in ownership transfer
BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

 Location: Gaushala , Kathmandu
 Duration: Two months (December 2021-February 2021)
 Department involved: Accounts, Customer service department,
Trading and Settlement
LIMITATIONS
 The time periods of eights weeks was not enough for comprehensive
study of the brokerage firm and study
 Crucial data and information was not obtained due to busy and tight
schedule of seniors and supervisor
 The flat organizational structure of securities brokerage firm does not
allow us to learn more from the supervisors.
