 Increasing population and increasing economic activity
encourage an increase in the need for housing. The goals and
objectives of the construction of this apartment are arranged in a
plan that is in accordance with the conditions of spatial planning
and land use. Accompanied by environmental facilities and
infrastructure which functions for the social life.
Housing is one of the basic human needs. They need a home
to live. For this reason, this apartment was built in a location that is
quite crowded with residents and is in demand by the community.
With complete infrastructure and can cover all aspects of the
economy.
Aming is a worker, he live in Taipei for 5 years with a wife
and one daughters, he want to buy a house in Taipei, but he think it
will spend a lot of money, and he cant afford it for once. So he

think for the second option to build a house on his parents ground.
Aming plans to provide shelter for three generations. starting from
the generations of Aming and his siblings, to Aming's children and
grandchildren. but as long as Aming don't have grandchildren, then
the empty room house is planned to be rented out first
