Complaint Category : Signal Unstable
Drive test observation 3G :

 Observed on drive test before still have found 3G campaign to 2G at Jalan PSM, so along the road more dominant
from 2GNetwork. but after changed some parameter have by 3G network.
 Stationary at in front of the house also have dominant coverage from 3G with dominant serving cell from site
100482_Kiaracondong-Kebongedang-3G_1.
Action Done :
 Performed drive test at location of complaint.
 Modified some parameter both in 2G part and 3G part for Cell Reselection and IRAT.
Result :
 Have improvement after modified some parameter.
 Currently the coverage have dominant from 3G network.
