Limited Face to
Face Classes
Main Consideration for the a school

1. Expansion schools have been
validated as compliant with the
standards of School Safety
Assessment Tool (SSAT)

2. Schools must be located in areas


under alert levels 1 and 2 based on
the periodic risk assessment by
Department of Health)

3. Schools may already include other


grade levels based on the capacity of
schools

4. Schools or Division must have secured Municipal Health Office care of
Dr.Evangeline Consolacion

the concurrence of the Local Chief
Executive in the City or Municipality
where the expansion school is located,
and the schools must also have taken the
proper coordination with their respective

5. Students participating in the face-
to-face classes must have the written
consent of their parents.

6. Schools are given flexibility in
contact time for teaching and
learning, provided that meals are
not taken in school except during
managed recess.

7. Only vaccinated teachers may
participate in the face-to-face
classes, and vaccinated learners shall
be preferred.

 Hand Sanitation
The student, parents, guardian,
visitors and other stakeholders must
practice and maximize the
availability of washing facility in the
school.
 Health Declaration Form

The school must secured


written consent from the
parents/guardians who will
participate in the limited face-to-
face classes.
 Obey on the Traffic Signs
and Markers
A markers and stickers will be
provided to manage the traffic
system and physical distancing
inside and outside the classroom,
make sure to adhere and follow on
the signages.
 Practice Social Distancing
Maintain a 2 meter social
distancing to each other. Avoid
from avoiding crowded areas,
using no-contact greetings, and
physically distancing themselves
from others.
 Stay Home if SICK
Students should stay home
from school and other activities if
they have any signs of illness or a
fever. Immediately inform your
adviser and seek for immediate
medical attention and assistance
 Must be Fully Vaccinated
Fully vaccinated students can
attend the limited face-to-face
classes. Student must present
their vaccine card upon entering in
school premises
 Bringing of Packed Lunch, Snacks
and Tumblers/Bottle is highly
encourage
To ensure and maximize the stay during
the face-to-face classes, students are
highly encourage to bring their own
snacks and lunch. Each classroom are
provided of water jog/dispenser, thus
students may just bring their water
container.
 Entrance and Exit Points
There will be a separate
entrance and exit points allotted in
the classroom and other premises.
Make sure to follow the prescribed
route.
 Students Capacity
Only 50%(As advised by the
IATF) of the population per section
(depending on the capacity) will
attend the face to face classes
while the remaining students will
stay at home for their modular
distance modality.
 Comfort Rooms
Practice comfort room
etiquette.
 Proper Waste Disposal and
Management
Students must throw their
garbage, left overs and etc. in the
designated trash bins.
 Exposure to a COVID 19
Victims
Students should immediately
notify and inform the school if
they are exposed to a positive
COVID 19 patient to implement
proper contingency plan and
management
