in the city of San Pedro Sula, Cortes, Honduras according to instrument number sixty on the twentieth day of March 2015
before the notary Allan Roberto Núñez Bouquets. We are a legally recognized Courier company in our country, with
worldwide transport logistics solutions, capable of transporting your merchandise, packages, documentation from its
place of origin to its final destination; certified by Honduras
We are an option for handling air freight and merchandise with the flexibility to meet the changing needs of our
customers. We offer the best options with guaranteed times and costs.
We operate directly with PLJ Cargo LOGISTICS, located in the city of Miami, Florida, USA, where all merchandise is
received from all air locations in the world, to be sent via our distribution centers. established in the city of San Pedro
Sula, from where we deliver locally and throughout the country.
We exist to provide the highest quality and care in the international market for transportation and logistics services. We
have a team of highly trained employees to meet the demand of all our customers, tracking their cargo from origin to final

Depending on the needs of each object, we can have different materials to choose the correct packaging:
• CARDBOARD PACKAGING:
The boxes are usually chosen in the export of goods because well used they withstand almost any conditioning. When
choosing the boxes it is essential to assess the weight, shape and fragility of the product that we are going to send.
• PLASTIC PACKAGING:
These formats offer high protection of the article against possible damage caused by transport, while reducing
shipping costs thanks to its lightness. They are often widely used in round-trip logistics transport, since they can be
handled and forwarded as many times as necessary. They are normally used to ship food, oils, food, liquid or beauty
products. Among the most used materials for its composition we find PET (polyethylene terephthalate), HDPE (high-
density polyethylene), PP (polypropylene) or PVC (polyvinyl chloride).
• WOODEN PACKAGING:
It is the perfect option for heavy or customized shipments for those products that require special protection. We can
find this type of wooden packaging in different formats such as plywood boxes, rings, fences or wooden pallets. They
are used for Televisions, Vehicle Glasses, Cell Phone shipping.

 THE SERVIEXPRESS SERVICE
CONSISTS OF:
• The ServiExpress Service is provided by PLJ Cargo Logistics, this
is an agreement between ServiExpress and the Affiliate (you),
ServiExpress will assign the Affiliate a permanent address in the
United States to address the delivery of all your cargo.
• Registration to the Serviexpress International Locker Service is
free. The Affiliate will only pay the costs related to the shipping
process
• A MINIMUM of one to two pounds will be charged for parcels,
envelopes, boxes and more on our Courier and Express services.
For our Classic Parcel and general cargo service, a minimum of 30
Lbs. Subsequent pounds will be charged as whole pounds and
fractions of pounds will be rounded up to the next pound, plus
surcharges that apply to the service by law. Said payment may be
made in US dollars or its equivalent in national currency according
to the currency quote for the day of payment.
• The company will not be responsible for delays, losses, damages
or losses incurred in the client's merchandise, when these are
caused by entities external to it, due to force majeure or due to
negligence of the client.
• The affiliate will be responsible for any cargo in general that he
receives at our physical address assigned to his name, even if it has
not been requested by the affiliate himself or by a third person.
• The user may receive documents and/or goods except those
detailed in the SECURITY section and prohibited by the Law
of the USA or Honduras. Therefore, the user will be fully
responsible for the content of his load in general. In cases
where the product is FRAGILE, it will be the customer's
obligation to request adequate packaging for its transport from
the company where the good was purchased. Otherwise,
SERVIEXPRESS S. DE R. L., will NOT be responsible for
damaged product that is caused by poor packaging or
inadequate packaging.
• In case of receiving damaged merchandise in the warehouses
of PLJ CARGO in Miami, SERVIEXPRESS, will not be
responsible for the damages or losses caused and will notify
the client, so that he can make the corresponding claim to the
shipping company and give instructions to SERVIEXPRESS.
In case of return or disposal of the product, the customer will
be responsible for the expenses incurred. Likewise,
SERVIEXPRESS, in case of cargo returns and refunds, may
offer the member the pre-paid COURIER shipping service to
the United States and the world. For additional information,
please contact an officer of our Customer Service.
• The internal regulations of SERVIEXPRESS S DE R L, the
rules of Courier services, local and foreign customs and the
International Postal Code are part of this contract.
