Our associates are working hard to keep trucks running, warehouses full, and freight flowing.
• To protect the health of our associates and our customers, we have implemented enhanced
precautionary practices:
• Providing associates with guidance and information to help keep themselves, their families and
our customers safe
• Requiring associates and customers to wear face coverings in our facilities
• Encouraging associates to use enhanced hygiene practices, including frequent handwashing and
social distancing
• Requiring associates to closely monitor their health and to remain home when not feeling well
• Increasing the sanitization level and frequency in our facilities, transaction areas, trucks,
equipment and touchpoints
• Restricting all non-essential domestic and international travel, meetings or large gatherings
• Supporting associates through a special hotline to address all their needs related to COVID-19
 OUR FACILITIES

• As a leading transportation and logistics provider, Penske is an essential business and

remains open.
• We have increased the sanitization level and frequency in all our facilities and are
routinely cleaning all high-touch surfaces and common areas with CDC-recommended
disinfectants.
• We are limiting the need for customers, vendors and partners to enter our rental,
maintenance and logistics facilities and positioning associates outside many locations to
greet and direct customers to designated parking or pick-up areas.
• To promote health and safety, we are requiring face coverings and practicing social
distancing at our locations. We are also limiting the need to exchange personal
information and paperwork during transactions, by completing necessary
FOCUSED ON SAFETY
We are always focused on maximizing safety on the road and in our warehouses
– especially today. We’re following best industry practices and following advice
from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Some of these efforts include:
• Restricting visitor access to trucking terminals, distribution centers, or other
buildings and practicing social distancing
• Increasing the frequency and methods of cleaning and sanitization of
facilities, vehicles and equipment
• Educating associates about virus prevention, hygiene, and encouraging self-
monitoring
• Supporting associates through a special hotline and furnishing increased
temporary benefits to support them in times of illness
OUR VEHICLES
We have enhanced the techniques used to clean all our vehicles and are using
CDC-recommended disinfectants to routinely sanitize our rental, maintenance
and logistics vehicles. We are paying special attention to common touchpoints,
such as:
• Seats and seatbelts
• Steering wheels
• Door handles
• Keys
• Knobs, buttons, latches and controls
• All other hard surfaces and screens
