A. DEFINITION OF PRONOUNS
Pronoun is part of part of speech. Pronouns are used as pronouns for nouns
(people and things). Nouns can only be replaced by using pronouns. The use of
this pronoun is to avoid repeating the mention of names or objects, so that using
pronouns will be more effective
B. PRONOUN
FUNCTION
Unlike nouns, pronouns can work as:
1. Subject
The subject here is the person who did it.
Example: They eat.
2. Object
The object here is the target or target of the subject (the person who does it).
Example: Jenny killed him.
3. Object propose
Which includes prepositions are in, on, at, with, by, and others. The pronoun
that is placed after the preposition is called the object.
Example: He is surrounded by them.
4. Complementary
Pronouns can also be complementary (complementary).
Example: Lisa is my sister.
C. TYPES OF
PRONOUNS
As with nouns, pronouns also have several types that
need to be known. The types of pronouns are:

1. Personal pronoun
This type of pronoun is a type of pronoun that is used
to indicate a specific person, thing, or thing. This type
of pronoun can change depending on the basis (as
subject, object, possessive, reflexive), the number or
many people (singular or plural), how many people
(first, second, or third), and gender or gender
(female). , male , or neutral).
a. Subject
The pronouns that are the subject of this can be seen in the table
above.
Example:
I am a business woman.
You are a captain.
She is a beautiful girl.
We are friends.
They are my classmates.

b. Object
The pronoun that becomes the object can also be seen in the
table above.
Objects can be objects that are verbs or prepositions.
Example:
I love her.
You are shorter than me.
Dina's cell phone was borrowed by her mother. 
c. Possessive
Pronoun to describe possession/possession. Pronouns for Possessive can be seen in the
table.
Example:
His grandmother lives in Canada.
This is mine.
 
d. Reflexive
This reflexive is used to show “reflection” or “bounce” of the pronoun itself. Pronouns for
reflexive can also be seen in the table.
Example:
I make this cake by myself.
She goes to school by herself.

2. Demonstrative pronoun
Demonstrative pronouns are pronouns that are used to indicate the object or person being
searched for.
Example:
These stuffs is mine.
That is Hendra’s handphone.
 
3. Relative/Conjuctive Pronoun
Relative/Conjunctive Pronouns
This type of pronoun is used as a pronoun that connects two
sentences or this pronoun is usually used as a connecting word.
Which includes pronouns for relative/conjunctive pronouns are
who, that, which, which, who, where, etc. These pronouns can be
interpreted as "which".
Example:
The girl in the hat is an old friend of mine.
The motorcycle I bought one year ago broke down.

4. Indefinite pronoun
Indefinite pronouns can be used as pronouns for people or things
that are not specific. Included in this pronoun are something,
something, everything, none, everyone, someone, every, etc.
Example:
My mother is everything to me.

Indefinite pronoun dapat digunakan sebagai kata ganti orang atau

5. Reciprocal Pronoun
Reciprocal pronouns are used as pronouns to show a
connection or relationship between two or more
individuals. The pronouns that it includes are each other
and each other.
Example:
They always help each other.
Key and Joy talk to each other about their lives. 

6. Interrogative Pronoun
Interrogative pronouns are interrogative pronouns that are
used to ask or give a question. Included in the
interrogative pronouns are who, whose, whom, what,
where, which, why, how, and when.
Example:
Who makes this cake?
Which car that you want to buy?
