Cereals, sugar, potatoes, etc.

What are energy giving foods?
The foods, which provide the

functioning of the body.
POLLUTION
Pollution is the addition of any unwanted and harmful
substance to the surroundings.
The three types of pollution that I am going to talk about today

AIR POLLUTION 
Air pollution is the introduction of harmful
substances into the Earth’s atmosphere, causing
diseases, allergies, death to humans, damage to
other living organisms such as animals and food
crops.
How to prevent air pollution?
 Do carpooling.
 Take bus, subway or train.
 Try walking.
 Reuse, recycle, compost.
 Plant trees.
 Avoid using A/C
WATER POLLUTION
Water pollution is
the contamination of water bodies . This form of
environmental degradation occurs when
pollutants are directly or indirectly discharged into
water bodies without treatment to remove harmful
compounds.
How to prevent water pollution?

Do not flush medicines.


Do not flush trash.
Avoid using plastic
Prevent soil erosion
Do not use pesticides use
herbicides instead.
NOISE POLLUTION
Noise pollution means unwanted sound.
Noisy vehicles like buses, trucks, cars, loud
speakers, music system, etc. cause noise
pollution. High intensity sounds are harmful
for humans.
How to prevent noise pollution?
Do not use your car
horn unnecessarily.
Keep your music down.
Respect quiet hours at
night.
