PROBLEM/ISSUE AND OBJECTIVES Issues/
Problems
• In previous research, there remains a lack of understanding regarding how the IWE
affect OCBs and KSBs at the workplace which these are considered critical to the
success of any firms.
Objectives
• To examine the impact of IWE on OCBs and KSBs
• To provide additional evidence for the external validity of the concept of the IWE
• To examine the role of the IWE in educational institutions where OCBs and KSBs are
both of critical important
What is
• OCBs is a person who willing to do any task which beyond her/his job scope to benefit
the organizations.
• KSBs is a person who willing to share his/her knowledge with other collogues and feels
like his/her responsibilities to share.
