• HPE Pointnext Services remains the general brand name used externally. We do not use the internal
organization name (HPE Pointnext Technology Services) externally.
• HPE Pointnext Tech Care is a specific service within the HPE Pointnext Services portfolio.
• The official service brand name is “HPE Pointnext Tech Care”. The word “Service” is not part of the
service name.
• The official service name should be used each time. We do not shorten the name (eg. do not refer for
“Tech Care” or “HPE Tech Care”).
