Johnstone. She is from Canada however she is a

British abstract macro photographer. The series we
are looking at is ‘oil and water’. The series is about
making an image looking like its distorted with water.

This photo shows bubbles distorting

the photo beneath it. The main
focus point of the photo are the
bubbles. I like that the image is very
clearly in focus. They have used
lighting to highlight the bubbles and
make them shine. In the photo they
have kept roughly the same colour.
For the camera settings they have focused the
camera on the bubbles. She has also used a macro
lense and a fast shutter speed.
