PROBLEM
- Task 1
 DEFINITION OF ISSUE
• The Global business machine company is receiving a
complaint from one customer who said important customer
data from their (ERP) system is missing.
• The ERP system is developed and implemented by the
international consulting services (ICS) five months ago
(Fenocketti, 2016).
• The client has required an important customer’s data from their
ERP system local server again.
• Required to retrieve the original information by enabling
required improvements implement the best solution.
 SOLUTION TO THE ISSUE
• Access the ERP system of the client remotely and perform the
basic test and analysis operation.
• Identify the reason for data loss after a detailed research
operation (Smart, 2022).
• Using the latest technology to recover the missing files from
the local server of the ERP system.
• The stakeholder is satisfied with the services due to retrieving
the missing files quickly using a special application.
 SOLUTION DESCRIPTION
 Benefits:
This technique is help access the system remotely so easy to find
a solution. Find the reason for data loss. Retrieve the missing
data easily.
• Cost:
Required only $800 for implementation (Laoyan, 2021).
• Risk:
Had only a small amount of risk and it is reduced with a help of
proper planning and discussion.
 RISK INVOLVED AND
MITIGATION
Risk:
• This solution is facing a high risk while performing the
analysis, reviewing, selecting the best recovery application and
finding the reason for data loss.
Risk Mitigation:
• Get guidance from domain experts to select a suitable
application to perform the recovery operation (Valdellon, 2021).
• Develop an effective plan for performing the analysis and
review operation.
