• I went total more than 150 shops in pune and got to know that many
of traders does not use Nilons products, but they mainly prefer
Suhana and Everest for spices. By considering my survey 50% of the
traders used Suhana,45% used Everest and 5% of used Nilons for
spices. In 5% of Nilons they used Fish curry masala and Egg curry
masala mainly!
For Pickles
• Pravin

• Mother’s recipe
• Nilon’s

• According to my survey in pickles Pravin masal is on the top most of


the traders prefer Pravin , I asked them why you kept Pravin they
answered me that many of there customers ask for pravin for pickles
. So by my means 90% of this gooes to Pravin, 5% mother’s
recipe,3% for Raj and 2% for Nilons.
For Ginger Garlic Paste –

• Nilon’s

• Considering this 40% of Smith& Jones,40% of Nilons,and 20% of


Chings .
For Sewai ( vermicelli)–
• Ganesh
• Bambino
• Nilons

• By above mentioned consecutive que 30% goes to Nilons,30% for


Bambino and the rest 40% goes to Ganesh.
For Soya Chunks –
• Nutrela
• Fortune
• Nilons

• Nutrela stands for 70%, 20% for fortune and 10% for Nilons.

• Products get delivered on time as given the order.
• Maintain the quality from the very first.
# Negative comments
• Demand is not there in the market for Nilon’s product
• Sometimes the product which arrives is 3 months older or more .
• Advertisement and promotion is not done for the products.
• Sales Agent don’t go on time for Order.
• By asking so many shops I got to know that as majority says there is a
major problem which is %margin as compared to other brands is less.
