Impact of Sleep Insufficiency on the Academic of the SHS
students of MSU General Santos City

Insufficient sleep plays a key function in improving cognitive abilities, particularly


memory retention. Students' physical and cognitive health, as well as their academic
performance, are affected by poor nighttime sleep quality and the resulting daytime
lethargy. The purpose of this study is to determine whether low academic performance
is a result of sleep deprivation among MSU GenSan SHS students.

Research Questions:
a) How does sleep insufficiency affect a student's academic behavior?
b) What are the risk of sleep insufficiency to the students?
c) How to identify if a student is having a poor sleep quality?
An Analysis of Senior High School Student Anxiety Level in
Relation to Oral Recitation in Class

Whenever speaking in front of a group, most people suffer some level of anxiety; in
fact, many people's greatest fear is oral recitation. Speech anxiety can vary from a little
case of the "nerves" to a severe terror. Because of limited interactions and other
elements that induce anxiety, students are prone to anxiety when it comes to oral
recitations in the current learning situation. The group aims to determine the level of
anxiety in online learning modality of the Senior High School students of MSU GenSan.

Research Question
a) How may the level of anxiety of the respondents be described?
b) How may the level of anxiety of the respondents can affect their performance?
c) What is the relationship between anxiety level and oral recitation?
d) What are the factors affecting the student’s anxiety level?
Level of Stress in Online Learning Modality and Academic
Motivation of the Senior Highschool Students in MSU GenSan

Stress might result from school, church, or even at home, and it can create anxiety
or depression. Given the current worldwide status of the Pandemic (Covid-19), students
are being introduced to a new mode of learning. This modality influences the level of
stress and academic motivation of MSU GenSan senior high school students, thus the
group begins this investigation with the goal of determining the significant correlation
between the level of stress in online learning modality and academic motivation.
