    Sand is used everywhere for all types of constructions. Different sizes of sand are required
    for different structural components in construction. The screening process required make
    quality construction. The grading process of sand is takes plenty time and labor effort by
    traditional screening methods to build on a large-scale infrastructure. This Research changes
    the traditional Screening methods of sand to automation method. The detailed study
