 Rural development implies both the economic


betterment of people as well as greater social
transformation. Initially main trust for development
was led on agriculture, industry, communication,
education, health and allied sector

 A lot of pie chart ,graph , index has also been applied in the making of the article like EDUCATIONAL DEVOLOPMENT INDEX,COMPOSITE
INDEX IN ST IN SELECTED BLOCKS OF BURDWAN DIST .

 In this article he has also uses some primary and secondary data sources.
Primary data sources like ----, perception study has been done based on questionnaire related to rural development implementation and success and
failure in selected cd block of burdwan district . However data available through interview from various officials are also being incorporated in
primary data source .
secondrary data sources like -- the several website , various report, various articles and journals related to rural developmen etc .

 Any research work is based on some methodological observation and this research paper is has an exception one .He use some methodology –
1. Preliminary stage 2. Intermediate stage 3. Final stage

 He said in this research paper some Rural Planning and Its Role for the Development in the Block of Burdwan District like - Swarnajayanthi
Gram Swarozgar Yojana (SGSY), Indira Awaas Yojana, Innovative Stream for Rural House and Habitat Development Scheme, 3 Pradhan
Manthri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY)
•OBJECTIVES

 To point out that various problems of these village and make out some
suggestive measures, through which the problem of rural development
may overcome .

 To make a comparative study between aushgram I and aushgram II


regarding rural development india .

 To explore the implimentive measurement of various Governmental


initiation based on perception survey .

 To state the core hearted industry which is exclusively identified in these


two blocks .

 To point out the various facts of rural development indicators regarding


developmental scenario of aushgram I and II .
•PROBLEMS
As it has been seen that 60-70 present rural people of burdwan live in
primitive condition . this state exits even after 6 years of independence . so
that rural development program have urgency in the present condition aiso.
There are many obstacles in the rural development programms which are
under –

 The poor extention linkage causes slow growth of rural development in


aushgram I and ii
 Literacy is the major problems in rural areas in burdwan
 The finalcial , man power and managerial resource devoted to the
implication of rural development . programmes are utterly inadequate ,
and that could be the problems of rural development .
 Untrained , unskilled , unexpected staff in extension linkage can not
provide satisfactory help rural people in this study area .
 It is being increasingly observed that the objective of one program
conflict with those of other , and there is know institution mechamism.
 Now many rural people using primitive method of coocking , living
and farming , and thay have trust on this method
CONCLUSION
 Burdwan district , located in the western region of west Bengal . has a
geographical area . the district has main three town : asansol,Durgapur ,and
burdwan , besides this three toen rhe people of the district are spread across 6
subdivitional / 31 blocks. There are many rural block mainly aushgram I and
aushgram ii block .

 rural development includes in its domain all the aspect of human development
of the rural people .

 the present central and state government have undertaken different policys
and plain to bring about positive change amidst the rural people . in most cases
however the policy and plains fail to achive the desired level of chang in the
rural areas .

 from the primary survey he conclude that aushgram I and ii block are large
part of rural and their life style of the people is low . there are different types of
problems they are deprive to take the benefit of government policy . they do
not know tknow that different policy to take the government for the rural
people
