Tatiana: Hello girls 
• Avril: Hi, I'm so glad to see you 
• Angy: Hi, I feel the same way, it's been a while since we've seen each other. 
• Tatiana: How are you doing with your work life after college? 
• Avril: Actually I love my job but there have been some difficulties for example today I have to coordinate a
shipment of a semi empty container with raw material from Bogota to Neiva and tomorrow the shipment of a full
container with finished product from Neiva to Bogota and I have already consulted with all my usual carriers but
none have availability and other carriers I do not trust charge much more above average and it is very complex
and I must find a solution soon.

Angy: I also face many challenges as managing logistics from one place to another requires a lot of work and
complex systems. I have the responsibility to combine accounting in all operational and commercial processes,
including the responsibility for warehousing and distribution.

Tatiana: In my job I also had these kinds of difficulties, I had to make sure that the cargo is transported properly,
manage the incoming and outgoing cargo from the warehouse, update the accounting and other documents so
that they are up to date and on time.

Avril: There are too many responsibilities that we must fulfill and that does not make our work easier because
there are obstacles, errors, information that is lost and possibly this generates dissatisfied customers.

• Angy: Yes, there are also communication errors between departments, sales that are lost because the cargo did
not make it out on time or is lost, data processing errors, among many others.

Tatiana: But there is a solution to all these difficulties that we face, since there is routing software that can help
us save time and money, so we won't have to worry so much about deadlines, delivery errors or access to
information.

Avril: Wua, it sounds amazing because it could solve so many dilemmas such as predicting price fluctuations
and carrier availability and it would make it easier for me to do my job.

Angy: Yes it sounds quite interesting I want to start using it.
•
Tatiana: Yes, it is very effective and it facilitates so many necessary things for our areas.
