 What is a Personal Portfolio?

A personal portfolio is a professional webpage which contains the personal

information of the creator as well as his/her skills, services, experiences etc.
A personal portfolio also contains the contact section where one can contact the
portfolio creator via the given mediums.
 What do we need to make a personal portfolio?

We need 3 things to make a simple personal portfolio. They are,

For creating this amazing personal portfolio, I have used HTML for markup language and for
designing and coloring this web site I have used CSS and a little bit of Java Script.
In my personal portfolio, I have tried to give all the information related to me so that one can
easily understand me and my skills and in future contact me for my services.

 What is a café billing system?
A Café Billing System is simply the system by which a customer gets the billing after
completing ordered food in a café. A café billing system can be of various types.
Existing most used method is “Paper”. Nowadays, this method is not that much
likable and applicable anymore.
 Demerits of the Existing System
 The Existing System uses paper as a core for all tasks in a café.
 In the existing system, there is too much records to preserve.
 In the existing system, data can be easily modified or hidden.
 In the existing system, it requires a huge time to look for a data.
 In the existing system, data back up is not possible manually as there is a huge
amount of papers and records.
 Merits of the Proposed System
 The Proposed System uses an online system for performing all tasks in a café.
 In the proposed system, the data is preserved online and accurately.
 In the proposed system, data can be accessed by administrator.
 In the proposed system, data can be searched and found easily in no time.
 In the proposed system, data can be modified or deleted by administrator only. So,
there is no chance of data stealing.
 In the proposed system, data and other records can be backed up easily in the
system.
 Constraints of the Proposed System
 As the proposed system is online based, if there is no internet the system is not
operable.
 Data can get removed if a system failure occurs.
 The system can get hacked if it is not maintained regularly.
 The system needs to be updated on a regular basis to keep the system bug free.
 Conclusion
The proposed system "Cafe BDU Billing System" is a much more advanced and secured
system to use rather than the existing system. It not only reduces extensive time
consumed but also make the order and billing services faster and accurate. As a result,
more customer can be attracted and be given services at a time.
