    1. A type ladder 2. Vertical ladder

    ▶ Always ▶ Always
    - Use of 2 people 1 pair use Buddy System - Use only as a passageway

    - Wear a belt over 2m (also PPE) - Install on a flat place


    - Wear PPE (Helmet, Safety Shoes)
    - Install outriggers
    - Buddy System (1 Person Hold The ladder 1 person on ladder)
    - Max 80% ladder stairs can use - Keep 3 point contact whenever use vertical ladder

    - Don't step on the top step
    - Do not work on vertical ladder
    - Do not use more than 3.5m height
    - Do not use more than 6m hight
    - Do not work with more than 10kg
    - Do not move carrying materials

    ▶ Always

    - Platform must be more than 40cm


    - Install on a flat place
    - Wear PPE (Helmet, Safety Shoes)

    - No work in the ladder
