1. How does it feel to think about my best self?

o What came up for you?
o What did you notice in your body?

2. Is it a familiar feeling?
o We have tapped into your own strength;
o We have been loved and supported by others;
o We may have felt a sense of purpose
Something I love Something I am
Something I love about myself good at
Someone who
loves me
It can be challenging to
feel good about
ourselves when we are
struggling
Let us remind ourselves that: WE
ARE CAPABLE
Thank you!
